version 0.9.2 - members cant see the map

hello i don't understand where to allow the members to see the map
cant upgrade to new version for now because of a compatibility issue

There are no permissions in ver. 0.9.2, the permission system has been introduced with ver. 0.10.0; in your version (which is nearly 3 years old) members are required to enter their own postal code and country in order to be displayed on the map. So if they don't enter that data they will not dee the map.
