Hi Mike,

I have a question regarding the preliminary results.
During my tests with a test league, I could enter preliminary results.
But here with the French football league 1, it is impossible for me to enter preliminary results for the matches which start tomorrow.

And here is a screen from the Results page and I can't enter the preliminary results



All the championship matches have not yet been encoded, I don't know if that has a connection.

Do you have an idea ?

Why would you enter a result for a match that will be played in the future? Here, everyone can enter the results when the match is finished. A match is assumed finished 2 hours after it started, which means that the preliminary results for the matches starting on Jan 17, 2025 at 19:00 hours can be entered after 21:00 hours.

"Preliminary" in this context means that every bettor in this circle can enter them, hence the status = 2, the final results must be entered by the admin in the ACP, after which the status is set to 3.

ah okay I thought we could enter preliminaries to have an estimate of the results before the matches... But after thinking about it, yes it's logical that we can't
