How to install:

1. Unpack locally
2. Upload the individual files to the phpBB3 Boards's ACP:
ACP -> Extensions -> Hangman -> Settings -> Upload a locally stored XML file

Tested with Hangman v0.12.0

I think that should be sufficient for a while.
