Postcodes for Israel not being displayed?

Is this a limitation - I can;t seem to see Postcodes for Israel in my Maps
I tried 3460614 but it doesn;t show up?

Neither Geonames.org nor the Google Maps API provide coordinates for Israeli postal codes so if you enter a postal code from Israel you will not receive a valid pair of coordinates (and no dot on the map).
As stated in the explanation for the internal database within the settings tab (Israel is mentioned there explicitely) you have to use the internal database and provide the coordinates for the postal codes you need (I know that can be time consuming but I can't see another option this is the sole purpose of the internal database).

I am trying to follow the instructions below

create a new POI by right clicking into the map at the selected position (it is strongly recommended to zoom into the map prior to
right clicking since it is far easier to select the desired spot on the big map). After this click a modal window is openend which shows a small map with
a very high zoom factor on the left side

However, when I right mouse click, I get nothing (aside from mouse menus)
It works fine on your map.

I think there is an identical issue with Afghanistan, but who cares about that?

There are two permissions which allow users to create POIs, either without approval (only recommended for trustworthy user groups) or with approval by a moderator. In either case you will get notified if you have checked the according notifications.

I think it was something quirky that happened.

I now can get the big map
